  Wow! Doesn't feel like summer was just a few weeks ago?!..  I've been so emerged in my work that times just gets away from me and..all of a sudden..it's Christmas season!! Actually it feels to me that this whole year just flew right past me..

  I've been working on holiday cards and gift wrapping paper for the last few weeks and would like to share it with you. The paper is available in my  Spoonflower shop.

Here's a little tribute to all the sisters out there. Having a sister is the most precious thing in the world! Friends will come and go, but a sister will always be there :) and even if you don't always see things, eye to eye, at the end of the day she is the one you will share your secrets with, the one who will be there to support you, no matter what.  cheers!!

Greek island inspiration

    

 

If you've ever been to a Greek Island, I'm sure you've seen the countless white washed churches. Most of them tiny, simple in their design, fascinating to look at, at least to me. I just can't get enough of them, so when I returned to the studio, I turned all my sketches into a digital illustration. Aaaa, yes, I had to have some kitties in there too. They're lots of them on the islands too.

On my last post..yikes..which was umm... a couple of months ago, I promised pics from the Greek Islands. Well.. here is a few from gorgeous Milos and the tiny island of Kimolos which is a short trip by ferry.

Needless to say, it was real hard once again to come back to Athens.. Even though the islands are so close to the mainland..it really is like visiting a whole different country. I must find a way to move to one of them.
