My friend Terry

I received the most exciting email this morning! My friend Terry, whom I haven't seen in many years is coming to visit Athens!!  I met her at one of my exhibitions when I used to live in Wash. D.C. She was one of my biggest fans and would come to all my exhibitions along with her friend Elizabeth. and the three of us just clicked!  we had so many things in common, our love for the arts, music and would meet for lunch and sit for hours talking. When I moved to Greece, we lost touch and now to receive her email is.. well I am just so thrilled and exited!! I can't wait to see her at the end of this month!  so much catching up to do.. I am so super exited!  can't wait to see you my dear Terry :)) xoxoxoxo

  7. What a wonderful time you will have with your friend. Athens is such a wondrous city. Be sure to take her up to Lykabetas hill. I am not sure I spelled that correctly but I walked up the b-zillion steps to see the view of a lifetime.

  8. It's always great to meet up with old friends again isn't it? The years just slip away and it feels like it's only been a week or two since you last saw each other!

This painting reminds me of when I disturbed an ants nest and they ran up my body and into my clothes and hair - this has happened twice - not pleasant either time, especially the second when they bit me!!

Your sculpture is amazing by the way - very clever. I can see why you would not want to part with her.
